Mr Veer took the time to listen and upon examination then explained in a very clear manner what the problem is and was more than happy to answer any queries and did so in a very helpful manner. I had a very good experience with Dr Neeraj. He consulted my son and explained everything to me in detail, I had no conscience in the field, he presented a sketch of a heart made by hand just to understand very well what the problem is. I felt that I was talking more with a friend than with a Doctor. he also helped me with clear instructions during the consultation period.

I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Doctor Chatrath took his time to explain the procedure properly, and performed it well. Recovery was as expected/explained.
