Mr Sayal is an excellent communicator and takes the time and trouble not only to explain the medical condition clearly but to set out options and likely outcomes to enable the patient to make an informed decision. He is both professional and caring.

I was treated with care, compassion and given a lot of detail and support and time for all my questions by Mr Prezerakos. I opted for a discectomy after several consultations and physiotherapy as the first step of treatment, but was in too much pain to walk, so had the surgery and am pleased to report all of my pain has gone and the surgey was successful.

He was incredibly re-assuring, and had the bedside manner that was above and beyond. He should be teaching a course in this as the gold standard. I'm incredibly thankful for his care, and continued due diligence.
