Aditi is a genius. She understands exactly why people snore and how moving the lower jaw very slightly forwards- in my case 7mm - quite literally stops the snoring. Of course it takes a while to get used to having a top and bottom mouth guard in your mouth. But it fits like a glove and quickly one gets used to it. You sleep much better. You breathe through your nose rather than mouth - which is better for you. You have more energy in the day. And your partner is ecstatic that they no longer have broken nights of sleep because of a snoring bed fellow!

I have been seeing Dr Ciara for just over a year now for my braces. It has been an exceptionally positive experience. Every appointment has reconfirmed to me that I made the correct choice in going with her for my treatment. My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well.
