Very knowledgeable and helpful and actually help me in the right direction

Mr Patel has taken care of my extremely problematic ear for many years now, he has carefully rebuilt my eardrum and had to perform a further 2 operations - stapes being the central concern. He is a marvellous surgeon, I feel completely confident in his care and frankly lucky to have him looking after me and my ear. He has played a pivotal role in saving my hearing, improving my enjoyment of life, my confidence, and my general sense of wellbeing.

I had a tympanoplasty on my left ear and Mr Manjaly's expertise, knowledge and care has been evident throughout. From the initial appointment the treatment options were made clear and the risks and benefits of each option. He explained everything clearly and I understood what the surgery would entail should I opt to go ahead with treatment. On the day of the surgery he checked how I was before and after the procedure. I felt I was in the best care possible and have had a successful result following the surgery. My hearing has improved and I have had no re-occurrence of infections and issues prior to the surgery.

Mr Whittaker was very kind, calm and patient with my four year old son, explaining him what would be happening and making him feel included by letting him ask his own questions about the appointment. As a parent, this is really appreciated. I left the clinic reassured and informed.

Mr Moraleda was an amazing doctor to have. He was very warm and kind, and explained in detail the procedure he would be doing during my appointment. He made me feel safe and comfortable throughout.

I was seen by Mr S. Alam Hannan, specialising in ENT, at their practice at Harley street. He was very attentive, professional, informative and knowledgeable and empathetic during the appointments and procedure, putting me at ease throughout. Really professional Dr but also very friendly. He was very punctual and I did not have to wait. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Dr Kasbekar since the first appointment to the last follow up post surgery. I had a septoplasty and turbine reduction that changed my life for good. From not breathing at all through my left nostril while the right nostril was blocked most of the time and used to breath through my mouth to have 100% unblocked nose after the surgery, massively improved my sleep, my rest, I can appreciate smells and tastes and I improved my cardio and strenght at gym Dr Kasbekar is very professional, very kind, he really cares about his patients. He took his time to explain to me everything about my procedure, surgery and post surgery recovery and follow ups appointments. Also, I need to mention the Park hospital nurses are so profesional and caring. I stayed the night after my surgery and they made me feel better, really cared about me. Thank you Dr Kasbekar.

I was referred for a tonsil lump. Mr Jain explained the different options clearly. Mr Jain was very pleasant, thorough, reassuring and dealt promptly with the issue.

Mr Patel is perhaps one of the finest Doctors to have treated me. I say that as one who works with many doctors and is married to one too. His bedside manner is excellent. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced which is very reassuring, but he also manages to combine that with a humbleness not always associated with such accomplished clinicians. The tonsillectomy he conducted on me this morning was something I was not looking forward to. I had heard accounts of severe pain following the procedure, particularly with patients of my age. I am however sat here writing this review following this morning’s procedure feeling quite comfortable and extremely grateful. Thank you Mr Patel.

Mr Ahmed is incredibly clear, personable and communicative. He approaches diagnosis with thorough investigation as well as with empathy.
