Staff were so great, friendly caring I felt so well looked after… the clinic is so clean

Have been attending CCH for some years for various ailments and have never had an issue or concern.

On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.
