The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

The staff is friendly and professional, and do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The communication with the patient is excellent. And Dr. Sobhani is not just an excellent dentist but takes care to explain things to you and to try to ensure your comfort. Highly recommend.

The clinic is wonderful! Excellent service, great communication, and a fantastic play area for kids. We managed to have fissure sealants done for our 3-year-old without any stress, leaving us with completely positive emotions and impressions from the visit. Special thanks to Dr. Jasmine.
