The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Good location in London.

The staff are very knowledgeable of their role and the hospital itself is very clean.

I felt at ease as It was easy to navigate myself to whom I needed to speak to and talk to.

Professional. Caring. Absolutely determined to make you feel comfortable. If there is a delay, you are informed and kept in the loop. Great attitude. Made to feel very welcome.

Pleasant experience, no issues

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Easy going friendly helpful staff

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end
