Very professional, booking process was easy and all staff are pleasant

It provided excellent patient care.

An early evening appointment so it was very busy, staff were helpful both admin and nursing.

Efficient and insightful. My concern was that I would be encouraged to have surgery but I was rightly recommended to try physio first.

The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.

Overall speaking, it’s a good place to visit when you seek private healthcare.
