I don't have issues with the doctor, but the lack of responsiveness from his medical team has made it almost impossible to move forward with my treatment. He needs better administrative support so his patients don't have to go through such a frustrating experience and delay treatment.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Dr Lui. He was clear, explained the science behind what was causing me issues and very rational with respect to his recommendations. He made me feel very comfortable in understanding where the problem originated from and recommendations of treatment.

Mr Aylott examined me and explained that I had other choices. Within a week I had a spinal injection and have been painfree since. Mr Aylott is thorough, kind, highly professional and skilled.
