I had a very good experience with Doctor Wisam Muen. Initially the so called 'SMILE' surgery technique didn't yield the results we were expecting. Doctor Muen was very clear on explaining why the results weren't as expected and in preparing me for a followon surgery if I wanted to proceed with a touchup procedure using LASIK. Despite my concerns with the second procedure he put me at ease and helped my understand the potential benefits. I would go back to both OPTEGRA clinic and request Doctor Muen again without a thought. Even though it took some time to achieve what results I wanted, both him and his staff were very supportive through the journey and in the end we were successful! Thank you to you and your staff Doctor Muen....!!

Miss Valerie Saw recently performed very successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes and provided excellent advice and solutions to manage and significantly improve my dry eye and blepharitis conditions. During my initial consultation Miss Saw identified some complications with my left eye. She ensured further tests were carried out where required, to ensure the surgery would be a success. Miss Saw clearly explained: my diagnosis; all of my options; and provided excellent information regarding the surgery and aftercare. During the surgeries she explained what was happening, as a result I felt at ease during the operations. She is very patient and was willing to answer all my questions and is very personable and has great people skills. Miss Saw provided excellent aftercare and is supported by a great team who made sure I was looked after extremely well during the whole procedure. I now have a “new set of eyes” and can see clearly, and colours are bright, and details are sharp. Mr Dabbagh is an amazing clinician. He has the rare ability to make sick children listen and smile. My 5 year old son was in a lot of pain and Mr Dabbagh looked after him so well. My son George talks about him as he is his hero that saved his eye. But most importantly I need to say he is a very knowledgeable clinician with so many years of experience . We are very grateful to him for all his care and expert knowledge.
