Very friendly staff

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Clean and bright

Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

Dr Perna was just great, she very thorough and took all the time needed to answer all of our questions. She instills a good sense of confidence

Everything was great

This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks

The staff were welcoming, checked I was content with everything. Kept me up to date on what was happening. I was worried about the procedure (I was anxious due to my previous stroke) but they then spent time helping me relax and advised me on the help I could get to reduce my anxiety.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.
