Excellent.

Always had a good experience there

Every person I spoke to was very helpful and welcoming. The 'human touch' is something that is very apparent when visiting this hospital.

The care I received at this hospital was excellent with all the staff being very helpful

Some of the staff are not too friendly but some are extremely friendly

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

I had an utterly appalling experience at Lindo Wing. The staff exhibited blatant rudeness and hostility, especially one receptionist—a woman with short, blonde-dyed hair, possibly of African Caribbean descent. Despite merely inquiring about the location of my scheduled TC scan, she unleashed a barrage of intimidation tactics. In front of everyone, she barked, "This is a private clinic; it's not here." The incredulous looks from her colleagues spoke volumes. Feeling utterly humiliated and insulted, I retorted that while I might be a private client, her behavior was unacceptable. Shockingly, she didn't offer an apology or attempt to rectify her egregious mistake. Left to fend for myself, I had to seek out the test location, with a colleague eventually pointing me across the street. This experience was nothing short of a shambles. It's disgraceful that anyone, particularly an elderly individual, should endure such treatment. Shame on her.

Very good care

They were punctual in booking the appointment and with all the documentation. I will use their services again if necessary.
