Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

I have used this facility on several occasions over the years and have no negatives experience.

Cleveland Clinic is modern, clean & efficiently run. All the staff were very professional & very caring. Even the food was very good!
