Great experience, process was fast and smooth including the registration at the reception. Receptionist wasn’t the friendliest person I have ever met, however overall was a great experience

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Very quick waiting time

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Professional and courteous throughout with comfortable waiting areas. Parking a bit difficult at busy times
