I cannot speak highly enough of All Points North's addiction course. This program has been nothing short of life-changing for me. Under the guidance of their dedicated team, especially Andrea Taylor, I found the support, understanding, and tools necessary to navigate through the darkest depths of addiction. Andrea Taylor's patience, care, and wise words were truly the guiding light that led me out of the fire of addiction and self-destruction. Her compassionate approach and unwavering support provided me with the strength and courage to confront my demons and embark on the journey to recovery. Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

I am pleased I have had the benefit of meeting Muriel, in her capacity as ,a nutritionist, and then utilising the recommendations she made - based on her own understanding and backed up with the impedance test. I have found Muriel’s recommendations easy to follow and useful, and I hope to continue to consult her and receive updated advice. She is an empathetic and good listener and has an excellent manner.
