It was a good appointment.I felt supported,the practitioner was very encouraging about my recovery rate/how I’m managing.I would recommend this clinic as they are nice and responsive.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

My overall experience was very good. Absolutely no complaints. Staff are friendly and always attentive.
