Very well run, lots of good comfortable seats while waiting and very clean. Could do with more parking space

I have had a very good experience with MyAccess so far. The clinic responds to queries quickly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. In future I would like to see the patient portal improved so that it had more information regarding prescriptions and products.

The staff and facilities are excellent , the appointment to attend letter did not explain if you would provide food or drinks during the surgery , there were no directions for the hospital given , the letter was 95% about how you would like to be paid !

The medical staff were all very professional and friendly. My only one area of slightly less impressed is that of the reception staff. Upon each visit a large group of staff are stood behind reception chatting about plans for the evening etc, leaving people waiting where not needed. Not a major issue but not a great first impression.

Good experience

When I arrived I was in lot of pain but I felt very comfortable during the treatment. My general condition improved and I am very satisfied with the whole experience and the advice I got.
