My husband and I visited Dr Chin around 18-24 months ago with our then 1 year old daughter, with a daily wet cough who brought up mucous on a regular basis. I just wanted to say thank you for taking us seriously and seeking help for our daughter- she's recently had some stitches put in her larynx for a cleft larynx. It seems this was allowing fluids to leak into her lungs causing the persistent infections and ill health. Since the stitches she has been in the best health we have ever had her in, so thank you!!!! Without the support of Dr Chin, our daughter wouldn't be where she is now, a mostly healthy 3 year old.

I know Mr Gibbins for a while now, but not as a patient, until yesterday when I have had my initial consultation. After a series of heavy nose bleeding and lots of worries which came with these episodes, I have contacted his secretary, Sharon, who managed to book me in in a couple of minutes. The lever of professionalism offered by his secretary was second to none and the high expectations I had were more than exceeded. Mr Gibbins answered all my questions very clear, had a warm approach towards my problem and offered a reassurance and a treatment plan during the appointment - professional and very on point. His level of expertise and accuracy, made me feel very comfortable and washed away all my worries. I would personally recommend him to any person who is struggling with any ENT problem. Cannot rate highly enough- great email communication beforehand, very knowledgeable and amazing bedside manner with our 16 month old (and two very worried parents!)

We cannot recommend Professor Brough highly enough, she is absolutely outstanding- highly experienced, thoroughly professional and very kind. Our 6 year old daughter was really struggling with hayfever, asthma and an additional issue. Professor Brough got her sorted and, after a history of recurrent illnesses, we feel very relieved that she has been checked out so thoroughly and we now have an action plan in place to support her with hayfever and asthma. We cannot thank Professor Brough enough for all she has done to help our daughter.
