Was fine. Had my records mixed up, but receptionist helpful and friendly.

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

Spotless clean, nothing was to much trouble, treated with dignity, all staff where friendly, helpful and patient from the surgeon,nurses,admin,porters,kitchen staff, cleaners

Dr Raheem was excellent, friendly and straight to the point.

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.
