Very friendly and thorough

My husband and I visited Dr Chin around 18-24 months ago with our then 1 year old daughter, with a daily wet cough who brought up mucous on a regular basis. I just wanted to say thank you for taking us seriously and seeking help for our daughter- she's recently had some stitches put in her larynx for a cleft larynx. It seems this was allowing fluids to leak into her lungs causing the persistent infections and ill health. Since the stitches she has been in the best health we have ever had her in, so thank you!!!! Without the support of Dr Chin, our daughter wouldn't be where she is now, a mostly healthy 3 year old.

He was friendly, professional, competent and cared about reassuring any of my worries relating to my diagnosis. He was also efficient and confident in the health tests he conducted on me. I felt like I was in good hands.

He was very patient and calm which made me feel reassured. I was able to ask many questions which he answered immediately. I am very satisfied with his diagnosis and have the operation that he suggested.

Professor Molyneaux had a brilliant bedside manner, he was very personable, listened carefully and was very thorough. He is an excellent doctor who is very clever and experienced and I would highly recommend him.
