Dr Ray was very good when we went to see her and listened to what we had to say. She recommended some tests and gave my daughter some medication. But post appointment trying to get hold of her has proved difficult and trying to find out test results has been hard, so we are no further forward than we were before our appointment.

I found that Dr. Bailey asked relevant questions, listened carefully, then explained her diagnosis clearly. She left no loose ends and gave me confidence and reassurance.

He consulted my son and explained everything to me in detail, I had no conscience in the field, he presented a sketch of a heart made by hand just to understand very well what the problem is. I felt that I was talking more with a friend than with a Doctor. he also helped me with clear instructions during the consultation period.
