From reception to room, the level of service was truly 5 star Everyone from reception through porters and nurses were very friendly and consider of the patients needs

Everything was great

We received excellent care at the New Victoria Hospital. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful - in particular the nurse who supported us through the day and monitored my son once he left the recovery area. We felt extremely well cared for throughout our stay and have had excellent follow-up care too.

This was my first time in hospital at age 68. I was worried about things. The staff at the King Edward VII were wonderful at making me at ease and addressing my concerns.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment very quickly which was such a relief. Friendly staff who had time to treat me as an individual. Excellent care all round.
