I sought a second opinion from Mr Brookes due to ongoing concern with chronic eye pain following issues with cataract surgery and not feeling comfortable about recommended treatment option for my glaucoma alongside this. Mr Brookes took time to read the medical records and background I had provided, and on examination was able to provide me with a clear diagnosis and treatment recommendation. Given the ongoing issues and anxiety I had been experiencing due to lack of clarity and engagement from my previous care providers, Mr Brookes' clear and unambiguous advice gave me confidence and a pathway to move forward, for which I am very grateful.
