I was shocked by Mr White's dismissive, disinterested and perfunctory approach to me. He welcomed me coldly, showed no personal interest in me, my history, or condition, established no genuine rapport with me, examined me roughly, was not forthcoming with information and advice, and just responded to my questions. rather than providing an in depth overview of my best therapeutic options and the likely progression of my condition. I felt I had been robbed of the £335 consultation fee and left thinking that I had not benefited at all from the meeting.

I had my operation in May on my Knee after suffering a lot of pain. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Mr Bhattee. The surgery went smoothly not a pleasant experience but Mr Bhattee was so thorough, kind, gentle and totally professional in every way, it made a bad situation bearable.
