My experience with Mr Matthew Sala was excellent. He's very calm, he's very attentive and asks the right questions. He had diagnosed my shoulder injury for which he did a thorough examination during our appointment. He doesn't rush - and I feel that he cares for his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I received excellent advice and wonderful care from Sam Rajaratnam. He is a brilliant, very experienced and accomplished knee consultant with a caring, patient personality. I had a left knee replacement at the Cleveland Clinic on 11th march. Sam and his team have made a difficult operation much more bearable and almost pain free. Sam has a superb team assisting him including Barry (anaethetist), Christine (Consultant Nurse), Vinnie (Practice Manager), & Steve Perry (visiting physiotherapist). I hope that I never have to have my right knee replaced, but if I do it will be 100% with Sam & his team.

Very calming presence and clear explanations

From my very first appointment with Mr Griffiths I felt at ease and certainly didn't feel rushed, his pleasant conversational style where he took great lengths to explain the issue and my options i felt confident and reassured. He was incredibly patient with my many questions and concerns listening carefully. I was directed to the website to seek additional information which was useful. I initially received a steroid injection into the joint and at all times felt informed. My next appointment was to discuss the outcome and my choices, i had many concerns about going through with a total hip replacement especially being younger. I unfortunately have a strong family history of VTE and Mr Griffiths spoke with local Haematologist to ensure this was managed well and i was reassured sufficiently. The day of the operation and immediately after once again i felt completely at ease being informed with explanations along the way. Having Mr Griffiths pop back to see my late in the evening following surgery to reassure me all had gone well and a short explanation of the surgery performed was met with relief. I have recently returned for my six week check and met with the same reassuring manner. I felt confident at all times during his care and now feel delighted with my new replacement and now know it was the right decision. In the event i am unfortunate enough to require another joint replacement i will certainly be returning to Mr Griffiths and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends Thank you
