Col. Parker took time to understand my issue and talk through the options as well as recommend remedies to use at home. He often has staff who are training in his appointments and I have noticed how he explains every single detail to them and again he answers every question for them. He shows care everytime I have an appointment. He has such a friendly personality, he is a credit to the Queen Elizabeth hospital and I would request for him for any further operations needed.
