Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

Very friendly and efficient

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.

Good experience

Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

Everything was great

We received excellent care at the New Victoria Hospital. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful - in particular the nurse who supported us through the day and monitored my son once he left the recovery area. We felt extremely well cared for throughout our stay and have had excellent follow-up care too.
