The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

I had a good experience. The staff are friendly and professional and the procedures went well

Excellent Time after time

It was an online appointment - ran on time, informative and helpful. Thank you

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

The best experience that you could possibly want. It's a shame that this sort of experience isn't on the NHS; thankfully we have a choice.

The reception from Andre and Shabana set the tone and calmed us in a stressful situation

The team are excellent. When dealing with any uncertainties related to health it can be worrying but the cardiologist was very understanding and helpful.
