I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

I have been under the expert care of Dr Pakrashi for nearly two years now. Throughout that time he has been quick to act on any cardiological concerns he had about me and consistently given me clear, helpful and reassuring advice. He has kept my GP practice fully informed and reminded them in writing about any actions he felt necessary. He also kindly provided comprehensive advice to two different surgeons before they operated on me (non-cardiological procedures) on the cardiological risks. I am most grateful to be under his care.

Dr Stephens saw me after a PFO closure . As a serious recreational runner and cyclist for over 30 years I wanted to return to sport , but was frustrated I still experienced breathlessness and fatigue . An echo stress test presented a diagnosis of ventricular bigeminy which can be managed with medicine Dr Stephens has a wealth of experience and knowledge in sports cardiology and is passionate about helping patients with heart conditions return to sport after cardiac intervention . Dr Stephens reassured me and carefully explained my diagnosis and proposed plan . He is extremely friendly and a leading expert in his field . I highly recommend him .
