I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Dr Zemark is a kind and compassionate Doctor with a patient-centred approach. I always feel that he has my best interests at heart and always takes his time to explain and reassure when needed and very willing to answer questions and concerns.

Excellent experience - for both of us parents and our daughter with learning difficulties. Quite a skill to get things across in those circumstances and so well handled.

From the moment I walked into the office, He was friendly and professional, making me feel at ease right away. Dr. Lo Giudice conducted a thorough examination, including an ECG and an echocardiogram. He explained each step of the process clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and genuine concern for my health were evident throughout the visit. The care and professionalism displayed by Dr. Lo Giudice were truly outstanding. I had a consultation with Dr Patel a while back, followed up with him doing an angiogram and then fitting a stent. He is a lovely man, very calm, relaxed and friendly and who gave me every confidence that he would sort out my problem.

Can't speak highly enough of Dr Wells. Even though not a priority case he went out of his way to see me and gets test/scans etc done very swiftly and stent fitted. Very good communication skills and manner which is re-assuring and engenders confidence.
