The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

Friendly and efficient staff who, I felt, were very caring and concerned for my wellbeing. Outcome was what I hoped for but would have liked a little more flexibility in terms of timing.

I meet dr Hannah Douglas very professional and very knowledgeable, I would really recommend it to everyone who is looking for a good checkup of health care.
