Good clinic with friendly and helpful staff. More parking would be helpful.

The outpatient, imaging and physiotherapist departments were fine.

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

Very pleasing in all aspects

Mary O'Leary sorted out the pain in my back and neck. She was caring and thoughtful and went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is having spine, or joint pain.

Lovely welcoming staff especially on the date of my procedure.
