The whole team was beyond expectation. Thanks Anastasia for your positive energy,, support and friendliness. Dr Johnson and her entourage made this difficult time reassuring and very professional.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

The seating in the OPD waiting area is far from satisfactory-with 'sweat stains' on the fabric seats. Picking a seat that is less stained was the priority. Otherwise lovely.

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.
