The staff were courteous and made me very comfortable. They explained the whole process clearly and concisely. From what I saw, the standard of cleanliness and hygiene was excellent.

Efficient and insightful. My concern was that I would be encouraged to have surgery but I was rightly recommended to try physio first.

My experiences of OneWelbeck have been wholly positive. I have had several consultations, an MRI scan and surgery there and throughout it all I was welcomed by a friendly team who took time to explain things to me. Everyone that I have met there has been professional and friendly, and the whole experience made me feel in very safe hands.
