Nice clean hospital with lovely attentive staff

Good location in London.

The clinic was friendly and clean, and offered an efficient service.

I visit this hospital regularly every eight weeks it is always a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, and all the receptionists are very helpful and polite, as are all the employees in every department. i am always dealt with promptly.

The doctor and nurse were lovely and looked after me well. With hindsight, as my procedure was close to my ear and the noise of my skin being cut was quite traumatic, I would use ear plugs next time, and it would have been nice if this option had been suggested to me. Otherwise everything was great.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.
