The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Incredible place, staff so friendly and welcoming, always making sure you’re ok and explain everything so well. Enjoy every trip.

He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. I would highly recommend this service and my whole experience at TKC

I had a crown replaced with Monisha and Magda. They were very friendly throughout and made me feel very comfortable.

I never used to like the dentist but attending here has always been a pleasant experience.
