I could not rate Mr Thakur anything other than excellent. He had to deliver some upsetting news to me initially and he did this with such great empathy and care. I find Mr Dani easy to get along with. I am kept well informed about my condition, whether the news is good or bad, and he is open to my questions to which I get straight answers. He is true to his word. If he says he will do something he does it and I appreciate that. I put my trust in his expertise for the operation I had and I understand it went well with no complications.

Dr Simon Butler-Manuel was very personable and empathetic towards my condition. He was humble and clear, and ensured I fully understand the scope of my procedure. He made minimal incisions, avoided the need for stitches or staples which was preferred as to avoid scarring, and the next day following my operation he came by to give me a full breakdown of how my procedure went and what I can expect moving forward.

Mr Doddi was an absolute gentleman from the start: he inspired quiet confidence and I was not worried in the slightest. He did a great job (as far as I can tell) and it has healed much faster than expected. Thank you!

I supposedly have an appointment this coming Friday. I have had no confirmation and am unable to get a reply from the telephone number on which the appointment was made. I have phoned several times. Not impressed!
