The doctor and assistants were wonderful but the appointment was 45 minutes late

I could not rate Mr Thakur anything other than excellent. He had to deliver some upsetting news to me initially and he did this with such great empathy and care. Everything was explained very clearly to me and any questions I had were always answered. I feel extremely lucky to have had Mr Thakur as my consultant, I can honestly say I don't think I've ever met a nicer consultant and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

Mr Ojo was very kind and showed a great deal of compassion. He explained everything to myself and my husband in a way we were able to understand regarding my diagnosis and the treatment I would need to go through. He was very professional while still having a heart. I am so thankful that I had him to take me through what was a very traumatic time in my life.

Highly recommend Dr fazel he was very kind & compassionate & found him to be very truthful about surgery, didn’t feel pressured into having anything in particular & put mine & my husband’s mind at ease about not having to rush into surgery, which I had been advised that needed my implants removed as a matter of urgency by another surgeon. He explained all my options & told me it’s my choice what I decide but gave me a few different options to choose from. I didn’t feel rushed in consultation & felt that I was listened to. Will definitely be booking surgery with Dr fazel & would recommend him to anyone.

Mr Fafemi was polite, professional and friendly. He gave me clear, understandable information, allowing plenty of time for questions.

I find Mr Dani easy to get along with. I am kept well informed about my condition, whether the news is good or bad, and he is open to my questions to which I get straight answers. He is true to his word. If he says he will do something he does it and I appreciate that. I put my trust in his expertise for the operation I had and I understand it went well with no complications.
