I had an excellent experience with Helena. She was incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable enough to ask numerous questions about the procedure. Helena was very realistic about the expected outcomes and always prioritised my safety in her decisions. On the day of surgery, I was extremely nervous, but Helena immediately put me at ease. I have been under Ms Seetharam’s care since my cancer diagnosis 6 months ago. I have had a difficult time coming to terms with this and am sure I have not been the easiest of patients. During this time I have always felt well looked after. I recently had an operation and Ms Seetharam took the time to explain all the different options available to me. On the day of my operation I was extremely nervous but was offered reassuring words of comfort that helped me immensely. I feel very fortunate to have her as part of the excellent medical team that have all been looking after me.
