When I visited Mr. Cavale's office for a breast reduction consultation, I immediately felt at ease by his genuine care and attention to detail. Throughout our discussion, he patiently listened to my concerns, provided thorough explanations, and ensured I felt comfortable. Importantly, he also gave me realistic expectations about the potential outcome of the procedure. His expertise was evident, leaving me feeling confident about the process. I look forward to my surgery and highly recommend Mr. Cavale to anyone considering breast reduction surgery.

Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. I’d like to thank you all for such a positive experience.

I had a very good experience with Mr Harris and his team. I was quite anxious about the procedure but from my first consultation I knew I was in good hands. I was treated with sensitivity and kindness and every step of the way was thoroughly explained. The consultations never felt rushed, and all questions answered at length. The nursing team working alongside Mr Harris were incredible and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. For me it was very important to find a surgeon who was not only an expert in their field but also a patient led compassionate practitioner. I am so happy to have found Mr Harris he was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and grateful to Mr Harris for his excellent work.

I want to say how happy I am with the results of my breast reduction, which was performed by Mr Ghali and his Team in early April of this year. I knew from my initial consultation with Mr Ghali that I had found the perfect surgeon to perform this procedure. He immediately put my mind at ease, by firstly confirming that I did need this reduction, because this had been something I had been considering for years. Then I really appreciated how he included my family in the discussions and allowed for them to ask any questions, and no question was a 'silly question'. I also appreciated Mr Ghali offering to see me as many times as possible if I need additional reassurance or further questions to be answered. And I would always get quick responses from his PA, Emma. The attention to detail on the day of the surgery made me feel even more relaxed and confident in Mr Ghali's ability to do what I had asked for and he had promised to deliver. The aftercare from the staff over the time in hospital was so good. Mr Ghali came the next day to do a follow-up prior to discharging me and I knew I was going home with a smile on my face. I must say the pain levels for me were quite minimal, so that added to my happiness. My follow-up appointment a week later was again very reassuring again allowing for all questions to be answered, I would highly recommend Mr Ghali to anyone who is considering this type of surgery, and can definitely say you will not regret making that decision.

I feel so fortunate to be under the care of Mr Blackburn for my breast reconstruction procedures. I have full trust in his capabilities & expertise and am amazed by what can be achieved surgically. Furthermore, he has a wonderfully calm & supportive manner, plus a sense of humour. It is so important to have a good rapport with a consultant & to feel heard and and I am grateful therefore that this is the case with Mr Blackburn. I would have no hesitation in recommending him if anyone were unfortunate enough to require the same treatment.

I felt very comfortable and at ease from my very first appointment and I really felt he gave me as much time as I needed and explained everything to me with such care. I immediately felt comfortable during my consultation with Miss Hunter who took time in explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was shown before and after photos of patients who had the same procedure that I was contemplating. I left the consultation feeling confident on what could be achieved. I am almost 1-year post surgery (breast reduction & lift) and I am delighted with the results. My sister accompanied me on the consultations and post-op checks and suffice is to say that when she decided she was ready for some self-improvement she also went to Miss Hunter and she too had a great experience and result. I had an endoscopic brow lift with Mr. Matti in January 2024 at the Cromwell Hospital. I have an eye condition which complicated my case and I was referred to Mr. Matti by another surgeon who felt my situation needed a more experienced touch.  Mr. Matti was immediately reassuring and used the time in between our first and second consultations to research more about my medical issues. His attention to detail made me feel like I was in safe hands.  My experience at the Cromwell was comfortable and I never felt rushed to leave post-surgery. Mr. Matti's surgical staff were excellent and attentive at all times. The same nurse removed my stitches a week later at Mr. Matti's office. The continuous care by the same staff was a reassuring factor, often lacking these days. The first few days were the roughest, but within a week my bruising was almost gone. The incisions healed quickly and are barely visible, except one, which Mr. Matti checked over on my follow-up. Six weeks later, I'm happy with the results so far, especially considering how specialised my case was. I would recommend Mr. Matti and his team and would use them again if needed. 

Mr Young has an extremely courteous and reassuring manner. He explained the situation and different possibilities very calmly and clearly. His whole demeanor gave me great confidence in his abilities. Consultants can sometimes be condescending, which is not at all the case with Mr Young. The procedure itself went without a hitch. The result is hugely impressive - in a highly visible place (tip of my nose) the repair is unobtrusive just 2 months after the operation, with a great contour. I think that once the redness has faded completely, it will be very hard to spot that anything has happened at all. I would not hesitate both to recommend Mr Young to others and to go back to him if I ever needed a different intervention.
