Mr Sarakbi was very understanding and patient from start to finish. He listened carefully to my concerns, I was having breast implant replacement due to the age of my existing implants. I didn't want to change anything really, but had some concerns about rippling. Mr Sarakbi recommended a great set of implants that were like for like, and I was very happy with.
