My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.

Excellent experience all round. Very clean. Everyone involved in my treatment was highly professional and efficient. Staff were friendly & made me feel comfortable throughout the journey. The quality and quantity of food & drink was particularly good after my operation, which really helps you to feel positive as you start your recovery.

Very welcoming, very clean, outpatient staff lovely, anaesthetist and assistant made me feel safe and had lovely bedside manners. 2 nurses let me down with their abrupt manner and treated me awfully. I was left 24 hours without food or drink and so this ruined my stay

I’ve had problems and infections since having my implants and still am 12 months down the line and not one person has bothered to contact me after all my phone calls. I haven’t even had a check up off my surgeon that I was told I would get after 12 months. My boobs aren’t as big as I expected either. After seeing my friends going to a different place I wish I had now.

Pleased with all aspects of my operation and after care.
