Overall OK, appointments are often not on schedule though.

But for the fact that I was 'in' for a hip replacement operation and was therefore understandable apprehensive, I'm tempted to say the two night stay at this hospital was enjoyable, such was the excellent and professional treatment that I received. All the nurses and support staff were friendly and attentive at all times. And the food was good too.

We were eventually seen about 45-50 minutes after the stated time

I have had 3 sessions here. I feel very safe, cared for and it's a pleasure to to work with all those involved. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for saving my life and with so much kindness for what is a brutal treatment. 🙏 Thank you

Beautiful presented hospital staff extremely friendly my appointment time was prompt.

Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

Beth & Viktor were great and welcoming , they made me feel very comfortable. I had my scan very quick at a less time regardless I am closetophobic. Andrea the receptionist was very welcoming with a beautiful smile and helpful. Very clean place and no waiting time. I highly recommend MEDNEO
