The entire team of staff at Dr. Richard Clinics in Devonshire Place are polite, professional and patient. The clinic is modern, clean and well kept. The receptionist is very friendly as are the dentists and the nurses. I would highly recommend Dr Richards Clinics to everyone I know.

Very well handled putting my nervous daughter at ease. She required several extractions/ crowns/ fillings. The procedure was explained clearly to me, and smoothly carried out by Dr. Patel and team with no complications. Afterwards, everyone was wonderful in comforting her during recovery from the sedation.

He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Dr Patel is an excellent dentist I have every confidence in her. She alway does a good job and explains the procedure, the practice nurse is very competent too.

I haven’t started yet my treatment

I visited this practice this morning hoping to get an emergency appointment after arriving at 8:30am. I had some pain and sensitivity a couple of weeks after having a filling (the filling was not done at this practice) The staff and dentist could not have been nicer. The nurse called the dentist to explain my issue and the dentist came into the surgery early to see me. They were so helpful and friendly and took time to do an examination and x ray. I would highly recommend both the practice itself and Ebuni the dentist. First class service who went above and beyond.
