Half hour wait was the only downside

Considering the nature of what I originally had to be investigated for, and then the good diagnosis and treatment, Mr Agrawal was a strength from start to finish, I would recommend him as he has been supportive, helpful and professional from start to finish. Without him it would have been a different journey.

Mr Saeb-Parsy seemed to me very authoritative, but he was also very friendly. I enjoyed my discussion with him, and it left me feeling altogether inclined to follow his advice.

Excellent urologist. Down to earth bedside manner. Listened carefully to my concerns. Very sensible in his approach and plan. Flexible cystoscopy painless and quick. Highgate hospital very nice staff and set up there.

He is very clear on the options available and what the outcomes are. He also phoned me several times after the operation to follow up my recovery.

I was so relieved to see Miss Kiki Mistry. She was open and easy to talk to and I could talk about personal things (which has been so hard with this issue). I have been kept in the picture about the next steps, which has help me manage my low mood about to the condition.

Mr Mishra is a wonderful consultant. Hugely inspiring of confidence and his explanations and care are impeccable. He really goes the extra mile. He is the best doctor I have ever been treated by. Fantastic
