Dr Goodchild put my mind at rest from my first consultation and I knew I was in good hands with someone I could trust to look after me.

Dr Gupta was efficient but took the time to explain everything at every stage. He understood my hearing difficulties and was patient in explaining things. He made me feel at ease and treated me with respect, which unfortunately seem to have been lost in other Dr's repertoires'.
