The clinical staff were excellent and friendly. However the female staff at the front desk is hostile, unhelpful and dismissive which made the arrival quite unpleasant.

Very reassuring consultation, put my mind at rest about a lot of the symptoms I was still experiencing. Everything progressing as expected.
