My overall experience was very good. Absolutely no complaints. Staff are friendly and always attentive.

Excellent care and very kind and helpful staff.Always came immediately if required.I was never made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance however adequate times I needed help.Medical staff all very experienced and felt completely safe in their hands.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Generally a very good hospital where the staff are polite and friendly, schedules are generally on time and every consultant I have ever seen has been brilliant. Overall, my experiences as both an inpatient and an outpatient have been very good indeed.
