Dr Mistry exceeded all my expectations. From my first visit I felt he genuinely has compassion for his patients. I was experiencing severe issues due to chronic insomnia. He made me feel at ease immediately and was very easy to talk to as well as being reassuring. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the most complex of sleep problems. I felt he was truly dedicated to help me and I had complete trust in his vast expertise and advice. I very much appreciated his services when I found myself needing additional support, he was always prompt at replying to my requests and arranging the support I needed to get me through some very difficult times, the advice given was invaluable. Luca showed great professionalism to create a safe and supportive environment during our sessions. He is very empathetic, listened attentively and offered great insightful guidance towards creating what support I needed out of our sessions.

Dr Pampaloni was great at listening to concerns and addressing each individual issue with a high level of compassion and care. She was able to advise GPs on prescription dosage to allow me to overcome hurdles in my treatment.

Dr Walsh was extremely professional, compassionate and supportive in his approach. Finally felt I had found a Doctor with the right experience to treat me and a calm, open manner that helped me believe I was being listened to also. With the simplified explanation for admittance I was able to focus on reestablishing a Basic Daily Routine, the change of medication mid-stay meant my QoL went up, the connecting with my spouse meant long term cahnge could be implemented.
