Postive , professional experience with clear communication

My stay at the priory was an incredibly positive one. It’s tough but the like skills gained are invaluable going forwards. The therapy team are incredibly strong, relatable and highly skilled. Every member of the staff from admissions and reception are incredibly helpful and the ward staff are simply amazing. I cannot speak too highly about the Priory staff. The food could have been a little better if I have one criticism.

I had an excellent experience here and would 100% recommend this centre to anyone. The staff are not only professional but genuinely care.

I’ve always had a great experience with Nurify. I’ve seen two doctors, and have had fantastic experiences with both of them, they are clearly experts in their field and I have always felt in very safe hands. Attending the practice is always a pleasant experience and I’ve only ever had positive experiences with the admin staff who are quick to respond and always willing to help.

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.

Clean and nice

An amazing team. From Val the PA all the way through to the surgeon, you knew you were in the best hands.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. I’m in an all together different and happier place through the work I’ve done with PBH. Really good experience as usual. It was my first time in the new location for Gender Hormone Clinic which was easy to find and a nice environment inside the hospital.
